Lean into the sacred self care here at the breathing co and experience safe expression, truth seeking + finding, and intuitive intelligence applications through supportive virtual connection and coaching.  I use zoom or the marco polo app for coaching, which ever is best suited for the circumstances! Coaching is formatted through my goat formula: awareness acceptance self care self love  ​This is the journey of curating an intuitive and healthy lifestyle.
