Get a pulse on BAM workshop conversation

Breathwork AS Medicine workshop October 2022 is downloading into me, and as it does I'm realizing that I'd like to articulate the infrastructure on this one. (with whomever is even mildly interested and looking to get a pulse on if this is for them.) 

This conversational online event will be one in which I will explain the infrastructure of BAM as a meditation architecture training, and answer any and all questions related to it. A pulse on it for both of us.

* Logistically I am looking at Oct 21 - 23rd

with two add on options:

1. stay the evening of the (20th) to acclimate and open sacred space w/me,

2. stay the evening of the 24th for an integration session with nate and I.

This will be more a meditation architecture training.

A how to use breathing, movement, music and symbol to support meditation medicine for self and others.

day .05 (evening before) acclimation and opening ceremony

day 1 - anatomical science + baseline practice

day 2 + 3 will be community healing wherein we look at what is thematic in the life of each individual and experience how I would design a practice or ceremony around what is asking for healing.

Stepping into resonance and ceremony together.

BREATHING AS (very specific) MEDICINE TOGETHER

day 4 - integration
