Breathwork As Medicine May 2022

The logistics are these:

- 3 days 2 night minimum attendance with optional but recommended and included accommodations for one night prior and 1 night post BAM workshop official start and end. 

- education and experiementation experience is around 6-7 hours per day but the whole thing is an experience in and of itself, you can count on me relaxing outside of the space of education and experimentation and I will welcome you joining me when appropriate. 

- food accommodations not provided but often worked on together in community. You are welcome to bring your own food for cooking, there will be plenty of space to house your nourshings in a fully equiped luxury kitchen. 

- One of the 3 evenings lover-king and and I will faclitate couples in a unique experience. 

There is 1 remaining private rooms for couples or duos available 

- One of the 3 evenings we will facilitate any individuals attening outside of coupledom

there are 8 remaining spots for individual attendance available, most of which are in shared room spaces with individual beds

- there will be space and time for recreation and relaxation. There is an outdoor firepit, a large outdoor deck and lawn space with a lake view and close proximity to lake activities like paddle board etc, though the water will be very cold. We intent to offer a cold plunge ceremony to any who are interested in the experience, and maybe a long walk at some point.
